30 Day Returns

If a product is lost or damaged during the shipping process, we will assess the situation and provide either a free re-shipment or a refund, depending on the specific circumstances. Please note that this does not cover issues caused by personal reasons.

To proceed with a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

All returned items must be in their original packaging, and we kindly request you to provide the shipping tracking number and images of the product for verification.

Since we have already paid for the shipping fees to have the package delivered, we can only refund the cost of the individual product upon return.

Once the package is received and verified, we will process the refund for the product cost.
